Riverside Representatives Calvert, Issa, and Bono-Mack Rally Behind Eric Linder for Assembly
Mainstays of the Riverside Congressional Delegation Back Small Business Owner’s Campaign
CORONA, CA – In a show of unity, three of the mainstays of the Riverside County Congressional Delegation today endorsed Eric Linder’s campaign for California’s 60th Assembly District. Representatives Ken Calvert (R-Corona), Darrell Issa (R-Vista), and Mary Bono-Mack (R-Palm Springs) each enthusiastically lent their endorsement to Linder, a small business owner from Corona.
“Eric Linder is the embodiment of the new generation of leadership we need in Sacramento,” commented Congressman Issa. “As a fellow small business owner, Eric Linder understands what it takes to create jobs. He understands that we can’t continue to burden business owners with over-taxation and over-regulation, and expect to create jobs. I’m proud to endorse him for Assembly.”
“I am so grateful to have the support of Congressman Issa, as well as Congressman Calvert and Congresswoman Bono-Mack,” said Linder. “They each serve the Inland Empire well in Congress, and their support shows the first steps of my campaign’s uniting of Republican leaders throughout the Inland Empire.”
Eric Linder is the Republican nominee in the 60th Assembly District to replace Assemblyman Jeff Miller, who is running for the State Senate. A small business owner, Eric Linder finished a full 8-points ahead of his next nearest Republican opponent in the June Primary Election. He was previously supported by the California Republican Party and the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association.
